As a young horse, Bandelero JSF had many successes showing in hand, including multiple BYH and year end awards. He also placed in the Top 3 at the Young Horse Show Finals both years that he competed, receiving multiple scores of 8’s and 9’s both in hand and through the jump chute. In 2014, Bandelero JSF was Awarded the Gold Lifetime Achievement Award for Hunter Breeding with the BWP.

In 2015, Bandelero JSF attended the 70 Day stallion test as a 3 year old with score highlights of: 8.5 Character, 8 Jumping, 8 Temperament, 8.63 Free Jumping, 8.5 Rideability.

For his freshman foal crop: Colt and Filly with scores in the Top 10 for BWP, 3 out of 3 First Premiums with BWP, Site Champion, Premium filly with GOV, and 2 foals with multiple scores of 7’s and 8’s with Westfalen. Bandelero JSF was complimented as an improvement sire by judges from 3 registries, consistently passing on a well shaped neck, strong hindquarters, excellent canter, beautiful and typey heads.

Sire, Banderas, was the first Approved son of Balou du Rouet to stand in North America. At the age of 4, he successfully completed his 70 Day Test finishing 4th overall with scores of 115.15 for jumping and 105.53 for Rideability. Through Banderas, he brings the lines of Germany's greatest sire, Grannus, as well as Beach Boy, proven producer of licensed sons, international showjumpers, and international eventers.

Dam, Jeté, is arguably one of the most famous dams in North American breeding. Mother to four approved sons, granddam to one approved son, and 100% premium offspring (10 foals total). The flagship mare of Jump Start Farm, a lovely Holsteiner mare who carries the proven blood of Holstein, by the Calypso II son Columbus.
