Donavan, Proven quality over time. Hanoverian Grand Prix veteran
Donavan was beloved throughout the US and Canada. He has endured, and his legacy lives on in his offspring, in breeding as a prepotent sire, and as a competitor, reaching Grand Prix in Dressage. He earned accolades and awards throughout his notable career, under Geo. Williams and JJ Tate. His offspring are located across the North American continent, all displaying a wonderful willingness to work, substance and charisma, with talent in all the Olympic disciplines. In 2016, at age 31 was piaffing and passaging in his paddock and enjoying a well earned retirement, after being an ambassador for his breed, a money earner for charities, a schoolmaster and a superior sire of lovely, talented and cherished offspring. Donavan passed away in Nov. 2016. Donavan came to the US from Germany as a youngster and completed his 100-Day test here, with a very high score still ranking well today, 136.19, Reserve Champion. His jump scores were excellent and he has sired jumpers and eventers, hunters too, as well as the expected Dressage horses. Please see his videos on YouTube, spell his name with 2 a's...Donavan.

Donavan is an Elite Hanoverian, has 4 stars with the ISR/Oldenburg NA, and is also approved GOV, Westfalen/RPSI, CSHA, and American Rhinelander.
